Privacy Policy
Glitter N Gems Mobile Spa is committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to book your party. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A deposit of $100.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required at the time of booking your party to guarantee your reservations. You can make the payment with a valid credit card, debit card, or cash. The balance of funds is due 72 hours before the day of your event.  If severe weather or natural disaster of any kind causes us to reschedule your party, we will work with you to find a date and time for your event. If we must cancel due to any technical issue on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Damage and/or Injury

Glitter N Gems Mobile Spa, LLC and its team members are not responsible for any property damage that may occur when positioning the spa bus at the client’s requested location. This includes damage to above-ground or underground property and equipment.

Clients are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss involving the mobile spa bus or its equipment caused by guests through accidental, careless, or intentional actions. This may include—but is not limited to—interior seating, mirrors, beauty stations, décor, and spa accessories.

Glitter N Gems Mobile Spa, LLC and its employees, agents, or contractors also assume no responsibility for injuries sustained on the client’s property or chosen event location. All liability for such damages or injuries falls solely on the client and/or event host.

Bad Weather
The Glitter N Gems Mobile Spa is fully insulated and climate-controlled with heating and air conditioning, so we're prepared to operate in most weather conditions — rain, shine, cold, or heat.

However, in the case of severe weather (such as snow, lightning, heavy rain, high winds, or flooding), we may need to reschedule your party to ensure the safety of your guests, our staff, and the spa bus.

If dangerous weather is anticipated before your event, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work closely with you to find a new date that works — at no extra cost. Your safety and a fabulous party experience are always our top priorities. 

Pictures
During your spa party, our team may take photos of the fun from inside the Glitter N Gems bus or during activities we provide. These images may be shared on our social media pages or website to highlight the magical experiences we create. If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please let our party host know before your event begins. This complimentary service helps families capture unforgettable moments — but your comfort and privacy come first!

Tips

Our Glitter N Gems party host is there to ensure your child and guests have a magical, stress-free, and unforgettable spa experience. They’ll handle everything from welcoming the guests to guiding activities with care and enthusiasm.

While tipping is never required, it’s always appreciated if you feel your host went above and beyond to make the day special!

Spa Bus Parking

When the Glitter N Gems Mobile Spa arrives, we’ll aim to park in the most level, flat, and accessible spot available near your home or party location. We may need to park along your street or in front of a driveway, so it’s a good idea to let neighbors know in advance or let us know if you have a preferred spot.

Our spa bus and vehicle together require at least 45 feet of space. For safety reasons, we will not park on steep hills, soft ground, or anywhere that poses a risk to people, property, or our equipment.
